1.1 Eligibility for Returns – Style Products

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns – Merchandise Products

  • We can only accept returns on merchandise items (shirts, hats, accessories etc.) in the event of a clerical error or item defect.  The product must be new and unworn with all original packaging intact.

2. Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support email (hello@daytonasupply.co) within 30 days of receiving the product, to request a return.

Provide the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return request.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is eligible.

Package the product securely, preferably using the original packaging, and clearly label the package with the RA number provided by our customer support team. 

Ship the product back to our designated return address at your expense. You will need to use trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the buyer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning the product. This includes the cost of shipping the product back to us as well as any additional shipping expenses incurred during the return process.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2. If the product passes the inspection, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary based on your payment provider’s policies.

6. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.

7. Changes to the Return Policy

Daytona Supply Co. the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
